Proper Care for your Cast Iron
Clean After Every Use
Use a wet paper towel to clean the surface of your cookware to remove any food content. Use a soft sponge and mild dish soap to remove food and grime.
Rinse Thoroughly
Run the cookware under water until the soap’s completely off.
Dry the Cookware
Use a soft microfibre cloth to dry the cast iron cookware immediately. DO NOT leave it to air dry.
Season with Oil
After using the cookware for 3–4 times, lightly grease it with vegetable oil. DO NOT use ghee or olive oil as it has a low smoke point.
